The trim viewer shows the frame at the cursor with a timeline, start and end markers, and steps by frame or second. Pressing ↵ writes an exact, frame-accurate cut (re-encoded).

Press ⇧ ⌘ V on a video result. ← → step a frame, ⇧ ← → a second, I and O set markers, Home and End jump, and you can click the bar. Typed command: trim 0:10-0:30 (stream copy, so cuts land on keyframes).
