Video snapshots on your Mac, offline

Save a full-resolution PNG of any video frame with Ferrocast, picking the frame on a timeline or by stepping frame by frame. Requires ffmpeg.

How to use it

  1. Drag a file, or select it in the launcher.
  2. Press ⇧⌘S on the file result, or tap ⌘ while dragging.
  3. Choose Video snapshots. The result is saved beside the original.
